The most notorious migraine headache trigger is red wine, and yet red wine seems to trigger non-migraine headaches just as much. A 2017 paper reports that 22% of patients believe their headaches are triggered by alcohol regardless of whether their problem is with migraines or tension headaches. Fascinating.
