A case of frozen shoulder vanished for 6 months after a serious accident. WTF?! And then eventually returned and finished running its course. Fascinating. Doesn’t really seem possible unless the nature of the freezing was functional, neurological (rather than sticky capsule, as assumed of adhesive capsulitis).
