Audio article no. 7 ∞
Weekly nuggets of pain science news and insight, usually 100-300 words, with the occasional longer post. The blog is the “director’s commentary” on the core content of PainScience.com: a library of major articles and books about common painful problems and popular treatments. I’ve added another audio article to my small library of audio versions of articles, bringing the total to seven: the audio version of my stretching experiment. It was actually an old recording, rediscovered! I completely forgot that it existed. Audio articles are freely available to visually impaired readers on request, and for all boxed set customers.
