A new study showed that runners have a 27% lower mortality risk than non-runners, and “even small amounts of running” delivered most of that benefit. Yet again, we see that exercise is amazingly efficient and doing anything is amazingly worthwhile. Using the time you save running only a little, you should also go to the gym only a little, which is enough for most people to get surprising good results.
