I really enjoyed doing this interview with Naomi Kuttner for LifeAfterPain.com about “practical ways to turn down pain sensitisation.” I’m quite comfortable with interviews, because I have a bit of a theatre and radio background, but I can get going a too fast and strong and don’t leave room for the interviewer or even my own course corrections. This time, I was determined to be more mellow and actually breathe once in a while, and I really liked how it worked out — a nice tone.
