Weekly nuggets of pain science news and insight, usually 100-300 words, with the occasional longer post. The blog is the “director’s commentary” on the core content of PainScience.com: a library of major articles and books about common painful problems and popular treatments. Hint: no (certainly not when properly defined). Todd Hargrove has “noticed that some of my colleagues in the bodywork community are somewhat disapproving of using a scientific approach to understanding how the body responds to manual therapy.” Indeed! Nice post, with a nice mention for yours truly and several more I know well. Thanks, Todd.
