Of course these things aren’t all truly identical and the differences could matter some. But there are strong similarities, and that’s interesting too — and that’s the point. It really is amazing the degree to which many massage therapists, chiropractors, osteopaths, and physical therapists are still demonizing trivial postures in one context, while conveniently ignoring them in others.
