This list of 10 things not to do if you have lower limb tendon pain is a good solid primer (from a great source, Dr. Jill Cook). It all boils down to one key thing you should do: baby steps rehab. Take it super easy … and patiently work your way back up to normal loading. It’s not easy, but it is simple.
