In which I actually got into the topic of “trigger points.” 😱 Although I have written a great deal about this topic, I rarely discuss it — in interviews, on social media — because it’s so polarized! I expect this to ruffle a few feathers on both sides of this fence…but only a little, I hope. It all seemed amiable and level-headed as I was saying it.
