Blog hibernation post script

Paul Ingraham ARCHIVEDMicroblog posts are archived and rarely updated. In contrast, most long-form articles on PainScience.com are updated regularly over the years.

In my last post on the 18th I announced the hibernation of the blog and wondered aloud if there’s any reason to continue publishing here, or if I should just stick to the Facebook page. I asked RSS subscribers to send me a smoke signal if you appreciate getting updates in this format.

I got a lot of smoke signals.

And apparently a large percentage of RSS subscribers wouldn’t be caught dead on Facebook. Which I can understand (amusing cartoon). RSS and Facebook do seem a bit like natural enemies.

Based on those responses, not only is it clear that I should definitely continue publishing the RSS feed, but I should revive it sooner than planned and give it more love and attention than ever before. Early-ish in 2018, probably?

Okay, blog go back to sleep now. Shh!

This is the MICROBLOG: small posts about interesting stuff that comes up while I’m updating & upgrading dozens of featured articles on PainScience.com. Follow along on Twitter, Facebook, or RSS. Sorry, no email subscription option at this time, but it’s in the works.
