First drug for chronic migraine prevention just approved by EU; it got a greenlight from the FDA in May. It's kind of amazing that this is the first drug specifically for migraine prevention ("we can put a man on the moon …") but better late than never? Some good quality analysis here:

Aimovig’s performance relative to a placebo treatment is not that great; it’s not even twice as effective as placebo … But in the clinic, outside of the rarefied circles of clinical trials, clinicians are excited.
