PainSci notes
BBC World News reports on a 2002 British Medical Journal study which cast doubt on the benefits of stretching before and after exercise as a way of reducing soreness and the risk of injury. See also Herbert for the paper, or MacAuley for something a little more substantive than the BBC News article, but more readable than the paper.
