One way or another you’ve ended up here, on a page for customers, without your customer code. It’s a minor hitch, easy to fix: just copy your “customer ID” from your welcome email (not the receipt),?I send two emails to every customer, a receipt and a welcome email. The receipt is for financial records only and has no information about your getting your order. Look for the other one, the welcome email, subject “thanks for your purchase” — and check your spam folder if you can’t find it! Just paste that right here, and we’ll be in business:
